Obituary of Ethel Harrison

Ethel Harrison, age 86, of Eddyville, IL passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Carrier Mills Nursing and Rehab in Carrier Mills, IL.
She was born on May 4, 1933 to the late James Clarence and Elma Mae (Gibbons) Marshall in Pope County, IL. They lived on Henry Hicks Road until the late 60’s when they moved to Herod. They lived in Herod until 2004 when she moved to Eddyville, IL.
Ethel was married to Tommy Harrison for 53 years, he preceded her in death. Ethel was not only a homemaker but helped on the farm, mail route, and was the time keeper for the road crew.
Ethel is survived by her daughter, Connie Harrison Foster of Eddyville; and granddaughter, Amanda (Ken) Martin of Eddyville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Aly Funeral Home in Eddyville, IL. Bro. Kevin Richerson will conduct the service. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Partain Cemetery at Herod, IL at a later date.
