Obituary of Bonnie Faye McBee Johnson

 Bonnie Faye McBee Johnson,  85 year old, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Bonnie was born on June 19, 1941 in Cave-in-Rock, Illinois, to Aaron Johnson and Ida Mae Allen Johnson. 

 Bonnie was the youngest of fifteen children and carried with her the strength, resilience, and love that came from growing up in a large family. 

 She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 27 years, Harry “Fuzzy” McBee, who passed away in 1985.  Bonnie and Fuzzy moved to Michigan in the mid-1960s, where they built a life together and lovingly raised their three children: daughter, Faye Long (Ken), son Jim McBee, and daughter, Terrie McBee. 

 Bonnie was a proud grandmother to Chris, Stacey, Nick, and Britni, and cherished great-grandmother to Bailey, Madison, Cody, and Cayden.  She treasured her family and found great joy in watching it grow through the generations. 

 Bonnie will be laid to rest beside her beloved Fuzzy in Michigan, where they will be reunited in eternal peace.
