Obituary of Vetricia Lynn Walters
Vetricia Lynn Walters, 76, of Rosiclare, IL passed away Monday, March 9, 2026 at Axiom Healthcare. She was born July 29, 1949 in Sturgis, KY to James and Ivanell Crabb Stewart.
She graduated from Rosiclare High School in 1967.
She had two children, Lynette White and Greg Cowsert.
She was a full time hairdresser for more than 20 years until she and her brother Larry purchased the E’Town Tap. She ran the E’Town Tap for 17 years before deciding to sell it.
After selling the bar, she went to work at the Family Package Store for a short time. After that, Lynn started working at the Hardin County General Hospital in the medical records department until her retirement.
Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ivanell; her daughter, Lynette; brother Larry Steward and his wife Sandie; and an infant brother.
Lynn leaves behind her son, Greg and his wife Kristin; grandchildren, Amberly (Tyler) Mcclusky, Ty (Evan) White, Karli (James) Smock and Madi (Levi) Givens; and seven great-grandchildren.
