Thelma Lucille Pennell

Thelma Lucille Pennell, 87, of Elizabethtown, IL passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.
Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Roy Pennell: children, Tonya (Keith) Conn of Elizabethtown, IL, Barry (Teresa) Pennell of Elizabethtown, IL, Barney Pennell of Hueytown, Alabama and Ernie Pennell of Cave-In-Rock, IL; 11 grandchildren; and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Mary Spivey; and two brothers, Argus Spivey and Josh Spivey.
Services are scheduled for noon Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Keeling Hill Church with interment in Empire Cemetery in Elizabethtown. The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until service time at the church on Saturday.
Donations may be made to Keeling Hill Church.
