Ruth Ann Weatherington

Ruth Ann Weatherington died on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 1:50 a.m. at the Baptist Collierville Hospital in Collierville, TN. She was born on March 10, 1944, in Rosiclare, Illinois, the daughter of Freeman and Virginia Ruth (Rose) Hurford.
She was baptized into Christ at the Rosiclare Church of Christ.
She was predeceased by her parents, Freeman and Virginia Ruth; and grandparents, Tom and Vivian Rose.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Weatherington; daughter, Deborah Weatherington (Brian) Forsman of Tennessee; son, Wade (Mary) Weatherington of Ohio: daughter, Lisa Weatherington (Craig) Kisseberth Minnesota; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Norma Hurford Tanner of Illinois; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the Millington Church of Christ at 7320 Raleigh-Millington Road, Millington, TN 38053. Visitation will be at 12:00 p.m. followed by a service at 1:00 p.m.. The events will be officiated by dear family friend, Dan Elkins of Atlanta.
