I am so sorry to hear that this dear woman has gone to the Heavenly Library in the sky. She was a bright light in everyone’s life she touched at SIC. She touched many children while working at Shawneetown Schools.

Melba was always a professional. She was very kind, thoughtful, and giving. Melba had a beautiful, positive spirit about her and contributed to the SIC experience in countless ways. She made the world a better place. I know she will be greatly missed by her family, friends and neighbors. Rest in Peace dear Melba.

Every blade in the field – Every leaf in the forest – lays down its life in its season as beautifully as it was taken up.
