Lacresia Elizabeth Parkinson

 Lacresia Elizabeth Parkinson, 90, of Harrisburg, IL, formerly of Hardin County, Illinois died Monday, January 19, 2026 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, IL.

 Survivors include her son, Herbert Parkinson; grandson, Brian Lee (Megan) Parkinson; sisters, Dora Lee Jackson, Rosella Johnson, Mary McCaughin, Roberta Omara, and Diane Blodorn.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Parkinson; parents, Clyde and Lizzy Foster; and brothers, Charles, Herbert, and Harry.

Services are scheduled for Friday, February 6, 2026 at Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare, IL, with interment in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and be held until service time at 1:00 p.m.
