Wilma Ruby (Robinson) Womack of Harrisburg, IL died on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 9:50 p.m. Wilma was born on June 6, 1933, to the late Pearl and Revella Robinson in Hardin County, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; twin brother, William Robinson; three more brothers, Charles Robinson, James Eugene Robinson, and Steven Leroy Robinson; sister, Doris Pershy; sisters-in-law, Gail Robinson and Diane Robinson; three nieces, Rebecca Pershy, Kristina Marler, and Annette Hall; and son, James “Jimmy” Russell Robinson
She is survived by two brothers, Dean (Diane) Robinson of Herod and Lonnie “Jack” Robinson of Harrisburg; five children, Jeannie (Darrell) Pierce, Elsie Orange, June (Jim) Jones all of Harrisburg, IL, and Ted Womack of Evansville, IN and Tim Womack of Harrisburg, IL; 12 grandchildren, Jaime (Bruce) Briddick, Jerika Jones (Rick McDurmon), Tim McCaughan, Zoey Kaylor (Tyler Herron), John (Josie) Parker, Erika Parker, Jess (Kati) Pierce, Lindsey (Ryan) Stalcup, Megan (Nathan) Payne, Lizzie Womack, Loni Womack, Wil (Andrea) Staley, and Jaclyn Womack; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; three fur babies Jimmy, Heart, Ruby; and “chore girls” Shirley and Susie.
Graveside service will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Elizabethtown, IL. Rev. Harold Miller will officiate the ceremony. Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare will be in charge of services.
