Obituary of Jennifer Ann Baize

Jennifer Ann Baize, 63, of Carrier Mills, IL died Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 7:13 p.m. at her residence. She was born on January 10, 1960 in Gibson City, IL to the late Fred J. and Dorothy May (Seamands) Fruhling.
She married Ray Baize on September 25, 1994 and he preceded in death on November 3, 2012.
Jennifer worked many years for Kroger as a bad debt collector as well as helping remodel mobile homes with her husband.
She enjoyed painting, cooking and anything outdoors including, mowing, fishing and hunting. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching Taj Farrant perform.
She was a member of the Living Hope Church in Carrier Mills, IL.
Jennifer is survived by three daughters, Sharine (Nick) Oliver-Biehl of Carrier Mills, IL, Amber (Barry) Graning of Harrisburg, IL, and Janet (Michael) Hazelwood of Carrier Mills, IL; five siblings, Michael (Ruth) Fruhling of Leroy, IL, Linda (Richard) Corry of Carlock, IL, Cathy (Al) Zellmer of Claremont, IL, Sharon Fruhling of Wapella, IL, and Rodney (Vicki) Fruhling of Farmer City, IL; five grandchildren, Shane, Trevor, Quentin, Madison and Faithlyn; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ray Baize; nephew, Chris Thomas; and great-great-niece, Ava.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL. Visitation was held Tuesday at 11 a.m. until service time. Reverend Jonathon Stevens and Dennis Austin officiated the service.
