Carolyn Sue Rose

Carolyn Sue Rose, age 76, of Carrier Mills died Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, Missouri. Carol was born on July 27, 1946 to the late Ulis and Opal (Farris) Mayberry in Elgin, Illinois.
Carol is survived by her husband, Cliff Rose; daughter, Kim (Keith) McDannel of Creal Springs; son, Adam (Kim) Rose of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; daughter, Susan (Matt) Webb of Freeburg, Illinois; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Charles (Alice) Mayberry of Evansville, Indiana; brother, Gerald Mayberry of Dale, Illinois; brother, Gary (Maria) Mayberry of Elgin, Illinois; sister, Ida (Bob) Russell of Covington, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Donna Mayberry of Woodstock, Illinois; sister-in-law, Ruth Ann Mayberry of Iola, Kansas; and several nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronnie Mayberry; and sister-in-law, Kay Mayberry.
Memorial services for Carolyn Sue Rose were held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Stricklin Funeral Home in Harrisburg. Jerry Alexander officiated the service. Family received friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
