Obituary of Dale Hayden

Dale Hayden, 82, of Rosiclare, IL passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Dale was born July 27, 1938 to Arthur James and Lillie Ann (English) Hayden in Hardin County, IL.
Dale was retired from American Minerals and a U.S. ARMY veteran. He married Cora Hill in 1968 who preceded him in death in 2009.
Dale is survived by two sons, Jon Hayden of Rosiclare, IL, Alvin Hayden of Murray, KY; one sister, Shirley (Chuck) Davis of Springfield, IL; two brothers, Jack (Beulah) Hayden, David Hayden both of Rosiclare, IL; two grandchildren, Dustin Hayden and Ethan Hayden.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cora I. Hayden; five sisters, Lorene Welchel, Ellen Smock, Betty Rushing, Ruby Lay, Mary Sue Miller; four brothers, Charlie Hayden, Earl “Bud” Hayden, Billy Hayden, Paul Hayden.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Aly Funeral Home in Eddyville, IL. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. till the time of service at the funeral home. Rev. Stan Pennell will be conducting the service. Interment will follow at Twitchell Cemetery in Elizabethtown, IL with military honors conducted by Paul C. Rowan American Legion Post #571 of Rosiclare, IL.
