Edith Elizabeth Brittain

Edith Elizabeth Brittain, 94, formerly of Cave In Rock, IL, died Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Princeton Nursing and Rehab in Princeton, KY. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cave In Rock, IL. She was born December 30, 1925 to Carl and Ercell Bragdon in Dycusburg, KY.
Survivors include her sons, Michael (Alice) McKinney of Marquette, MI and Richard (Edith) McKinney of Princeton, KY; sister, Dorothy (Ulus) Smith of Marion, IL; stepson, Donald (Marilyn) Brittain of Lake Village, IN; stepdaughter, April Fowler of Harrisburg, IL; four grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Gordon Brittain; brothers, Glen and Rudy Bragdon both of Cave-In-Rock, IL; sister, Billie Long of Rosiclare, IL; and infant sister, Norma Jean Bragdon.
Private graveside services will be held at Cave Hill Cemetery in Cave In Rock, IL. Hardin County Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
